Executive Inn And Suites San Marcos

We had a great stay at Executive Inn And Suites San Marcos. the rooms were cheap and clean, and the staff was helpful. the location was fantastic, close to restaurants and hills, and the lake was within a 10-minute walk.

Air dryer did not work in the room and the electrical conections were in bad shape towels were really old and even when we ask for more towels to the staff they only deliver the first day the other days we were needing one they said that include breakfast but not

The setting was excellent, really close to hill, freeway exit, and Texas State University, and restaurants. The employees at the hotel were friendly and great.

We always stay at this place when we're in the area, and we're glad we chose it - the staff here are friendly.

Do not stay here. There was blood on pillows & a mattress. Yes, I said blood. Several family members stayed in 6 rooms & sadly, ours wasn't the only room w/ blood stains in it. The pillows were disgusting & smelled. The sheets were not clean. The room istelf hadn't been cleaned from the last guest judging by the shower, toilet, beds & room overall. The manager didn't care. You should take this Motel off your list. I'm calling the San Marcos Board of Health. I understand you can't see the places you put on here all over the place but I reallt don't want to see this place on here again. This won't be our last trip to San Marcos & I'll be checking back. Executive Inn & Suites..remove this Motel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great rate and wonderful location. Blocks from river tubing.

The location close to Texas State University and restaurants is convenient. The price is affordable. The hotel is within walking distance to points of interest. The recommendations from friends can be helpful.

I will never stay at that hotel again. The pictures from online where the exact opposite of what the hotel was actually. The bathroom so extremely dirty, looked as if someone just brushed their hair. There was even hair in the toilet. It was disgusting. There was a language barrier between the hotel service and I. The outside of the hotel looked a if there was construction going on. The hotel was located off the highway but on the wrong side. Looked as if it was located in the poverty side of town. Never again!

It was the cheapest available during memorial weekend. we could arrive late to check in; some hotels give up their rooms if you do not check in at a certain time.

The room could have been inspected for clean sheets, towels and bathroom. It was dirty.

The rooms here are spotless and come with complimentary Wi-Fi. 🌟

The room was dirty, moldy shower curtain, 2nd mini refrigerator not working in room (storage of broken fridge in room?), missing smoke detector, broken glass in window, bedding & covers seemed uncleaned. Sleeping in the car would have been 100% better.

The staff was really nice, The rooms weren't too bad.

The shower would not drain, when you ran the shower, the tub filled up with water so you would have to stand in someone else's yuck. There was hair on the bathroom floor for both days we were there.The drains in the tub really need to be cleaned out at least twice a month to ensure good drainage.

This place was a convenient spot for exploring the area and we had a great time, especially enjoying the breakfast.

It was a place to spend the night.

Room very dark, even with all the lights on! Matted hair still in the shower stall drainer...not a pretty sight! Towels were threadbare and looked dirty, or definitely not white. Sheets also had a well-worn look/feel about them.
